1. The above charges are for one day only and booked in advance of maximum 90 days. 2. Community halls can be booked for half day also and the ground rent will be 50%. The security deposit, Tent License Fee and Sanitation Charges remain same. 3. SDMC Employees including retired are allowed to use community hall at free of charge for one day. They have to pay only tent lic fee and transaction fee. 4. The rates given above are for one day and applicable if the booking is made within three months prior to the date of function/event. If one wants the booking to be made much in advance i.e. three months to one year from the date of function, the booking charges shall be as per existing policy as under:- (i) If made within 3-6 months in advance – Double of the booking charges. (ii) If made within 6-9 months in advance – Three times of the booking charges. (iii) If made within 9-12 months in advance – Four times of the booking charges. Security Deposit, Tent License Fee remains same. 5. Halls can be booked one year in advance except for the religious functions. 6. Booking for religous functions are allowed in advance of maximum 30 days only.
